Chad Brenny, PE., PMP
Senior Project Engineer
Chad Brenny joined the team with approximately 10 years of engineering and project management experience in the utility sector, including new construction as well as major O&M projects. His capabilities include engineering, estimating, procurement, workflow management and construction.
Chad previously worked for Westinghouse Electric Co., and led an international team in Tokyo, Japan responsible for design, fabrication and delivery of the containment internal structures for new AP1000 plants under construction in North America. He also provided engineering and project management expertise during several nuclear plant outages and helped launch Fukushima Flex response programs for multiple nuclear power stations while working for URS Corp/SGT. Chad also served as an operational audit consultant for Duke Energy, providing guidance and recommendations on corporate project management and implementation practices.
Chad holds a B.S. in Civil and M.S. in Civil/Structural engineering from the University of North Carolina Charlotte and an MBA from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. Chad has also attained STSC credentials with Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
