Chief Executive Officer
Peter Fedele is CEO of Omni-Threat Structures, an American Business Continuity Group Company. He also serves as the President of Golden Sands General Contractors, which he co-founded in 1988, and related company ABC Domes, a U.S. based developer of disaster-resistant, steel reinforced concrete domes.
Prior to launching Omni-Threat Structures, Peter had three decades of success as a high integrity industrial general contractor, a decade of success with specialized design-build hardened structures, and experience in the nuclear power industry, building Fukushima Flex/Beyond Design Basis structures that met NRC Regulatory Guide 1.76 standards.
Peter created Omni-Threat Structures (OTS) to construct conductive concrete structures for multi-threat protection from High Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP), Intentional Electromagnetic Interference (IEMI), compromising emanations, terrorist ballistic/blast attacks and extreme natural disasters, including Cat 5 hurricanes, EF-5 tornados, and seismic events. The company’s proprietary construction methodologies have been deployed to build steel-reinforced concrete structures for a growing base of power utility clients that require threat configurable, scalable, energy efficient and cost-effective buildings.
Peter Fedele, who attended Loyola University, holds general contracting licenses in 20 states. He is also a board member of the National Storm Shelter Association (NSSA), a founder of the Golden Sands Charitable Foundation, and a member of InfraGard, a partnership between the FBI and members of the private sector.
